Just your reminder: You don't have to have everything figured out by the end of this weekend. You don't have to have 2022 all "processed" and put to bed, and a word picked for the new year, and the "right" practices in place. You don't have to nail these things down next week or next month (or at all!). Let them unfold in their time, for you. In case you needed to hear it.
